I contacted Backblaze Support and followed all their instructions but could not inherit the earlier failed drive setup. I had Windows 10 running but with only 8GB RAM new Windows 10 updates made my computer too slow, and I was getting hardware incompatibility reports. Thankfully, I was able to recover all data from it. After using BackBlaze for almost one year my "C" hard drive failed.
